1/4 c sliced almonds, 1/4 tsp ground cumin. 3 Tbsp oil, 2 Tbsl orange juice, 1 tsp. honey, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, 1 medium red onion, sliced, 3 c torn romaine lettuse, 3 c torn boston lettuce, 2 medium oranges, peeled and sliced.

Toast almonds in skillet,med heat, 2-3 minutes. Set aside. On high, heat cumin in skillet about 30 seconds, Remove skillet from heat, cool slightly. Stir in oil, orange juice, honey, salt and pepper until combined. Add onion. Let stand 15 minutes. Just before serving toss greens and oranges with dressing. sprinkle with almonds.
