Ingredients:  
2 bunches fresh spinach, 1/2 red onion thinly sliced, 8 oz. gruyre cheese shredded, 1 c. fresh bean sprouts, 8-10 slices bacon cooked and crumbled, 1 can sliced water chestnuts, 8-10 sliced mushrooms. Dressing: to blender add 1 large clove garlic, 1/3 c red wine vinegar, 1/2 c vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Blend for 30 seconds at high speed. Add 4 Tbsp. Major Grey Chutney, 2-3 Tbsp stone ground mustard, 3 Tbsp sugar. Blend for 30 seconds.

Put all of salad ingredients in bowl, add dressing and mix.
