1 c. torn romaine lettuce
1 c. torn green leaf lettuce
1 c. bibb lettuce
1 c. torn buttercrunch or Boston lettuce
1/2 c. arugala
1/2 c. walnuts
Dressing:
1/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. strawberry vinegar
1 tbsp. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. fresh strawberries (or frozen whole strawberries, thawed)

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, whisk together oil, sugar, vinegar, sour cream and mustard. Fold in the strawberries. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Arrange all salad ingredients except walnuts on 4 individual salad plates. Drizzle dressing over salad and sprinkle with walnuts. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
