1 lb. ground beef
16 oz. dry spaghetti
28 oz. can of diced tomatoes
1 can peas, drained
1 jar pimiento,chopped
1 small can of pitted black olives,drained
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
Parmesan cheese
salt, pepper, and oregano

Directions:
Directions:
1. Break dry spaghetti into threes. Place in boiling water and cook until done. Rinse and drain.
2. Cook ground beef with chopped onion and garlic,salt to taste and drain fat. Add large can of diced tomatoes w/ juice, and all other ingredients except for Parmesan. Mix with spaghetti.
3. Place in casserole dish. Season w/ salt, pepper, and oregano to taste. Top with Parmesan cheese.
4. Cook in oven until nice and hot.

One of my favorites growing up. During World War II, ground beef was inexpensive and used in a lot of meals. About Hobo Dinner, Memere Rheaume would say "C'est si bon, c'est assez bon pour les hobos". Bon Appetit.
