8 - chicken breasts
16 - oz carton sour cream
3 tbsp. poppy seed ( more if desired)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups crushed ritz crackers ( more if desired) measure after crushed.
1 - 1/2 sticks butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Season and cook chicken bone and cut into bite size pieces. Place in a buttered 9 x 13 dish. Mix soup and sour cream together,heat in sauce pan and pour over chicken. Mix poppy seed and ritz crackers and cover over top. Melt butter and drizzle over all.
Bake at 350* 30 to 40 min.
Do not cover. This is vey good and kind of easy.
