14 oz. Can Plums, drained and pitted
1/3 c. Orange Marmalade
3/4 c Tabasco Sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 sm. clove garlic, minced.

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Whirl until pureed. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
