1 lb. hamburger
1 onion chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken & rice soup
1 1/3 cup frozen pea's
3/4 cup rice (cooked first)
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 can of water ( I rinse the cans out)
1/2 cup cashew nuts ( optional)

Brown hamburger, onion, celery, cook your rice , add soups mix it all together and bake 1 hour at 350*. I put chow mein noodles on top the last 20 min.
