1 apple 1 Banana 3 scoops
lowfat vanilla yogurt 1 cup of milk
2 tsps of sugar 3 dps of Apple flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice the apple and peel it.
2. Peel the banana and slice it.
3. Put the cut apple in the measuring cup.
4. Add the banana to the measuring cup.
5. Add the yogurt to the measuring cup.
6. Add the milk, sugar, and flavouring to the measuring cup.
7. Use a blender and blend the ingredients together.
8. Pour the mixture into two cups and serve.
