Zulla Rash


6 slices bacon OR --------------------->
equivalant measure of bacon bits
1 head lettuce
1 bunch (6) green onions, chopped
1 1/2 cups green peas, drained
4 radishes, thinly sliced
4 eggs, hard boiled and thinly sliced
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 package dry ranch dressing OR
1 16-oz bottle ranch dressing

Break the lettuce into bite-sized pieces; place the lettuce in a large salad bowl.
Layer the green peas, onions, radishes and cucumber.
Combine the mayonnaise or salad dressing with the ranch dressing; spread over the lettuce mixture. Layer the eggs, bacon and cheese.
Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours prior to serving.
Toss just before serving.
