3 limes
2 red jalapeño chilies finely chopped (wear gloves when chopping)
1/2 bunch fresh chives chopped
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 T olive oil
16 uncooked jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined

Avocado Dip:
2 large ripe avocados
3 T fresh lemon juice
1/2 C plain yogurt
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grate the peel from 2 limes. Stir in chilies,chives and salt. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Drizzle with olive oil. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes. Thread on skewers and barbecue on high heat. Grill the shrimp until just opaque about 2 minutes. Halve remaining lime and squeeze over grilling shrimp. Serve with Avocado Dip.

Avocado dip:
Mash avocados with lemon juice until smooth.Add yogurt. Salt and pepper to taste.
