6 pieces of white fish (tilapia or cod)
2 Lemons
White Wine
Butter
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Parsley
Freshly Minced Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Place the fish in individual pieces of aluminum foil. Squeeze lemon juice and a few splashes of white wine on each piece. Top with a small pat of butter, almonds, some parsley, and about 1/8 tsp. garlic. (Add all ingredients to your taste). Wrap up each packet and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. It can also be put on pre-heated outdoor grill for 15-20 minutes. Fish is finished when it begins to flake.
(6 pieces of fish serves approximately 4 people)
