white cake mix
coconut juice

Frosting:
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. carnation milk
1/2 c. coconut milk
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
dash of salt
1 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 whole coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake as directed, except use the coconut juice instead of water. Bake and Cool.

Frosting;

Combine sugar, milk and cream of tartar; bring to a boil and cook 5-7 minutes; stirring constantly. Test for soft ball stage and remove from heat and add butter, vanilla and 1/2 of a grated coconut. Spread on cake and sprinkle with remaining coconut on cake.
