1Qt. Heavy Whipping Cream
4 Cups Sharp Chedder Cheese, grated
4 Green Onions, chopped
1/2 Onion, diced
6 to 8 Baking Potatoes, peeled, diced
3 Cans Chicken Broth
2 Tsp. Garlic Salt
2 Tsp. Season Salt
1 Tsp. Ground Red Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes, onion, garlic salt, season salt and ground red pepper in a stockpot and cover completely with broth. Bring to a boil. Boil until potatoes are tender. Add whipping cream, green onions, cheese and sour cream. Bring to a slow boil until cheese is melted. Serve
