Meat mixture:
2 pounds ground beef or Italian sausage
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 (16oz.) can tomatoes or fresh, cut up
2 (6oz.) tomato paste

Ricotta Cheese Mixture
4 cups ricotta cheese (1 container)
2 beaten eggs
tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
cup Parmesan cheese
2 pounds mozzarella cheese
1 box lasagna noodles

Meat mixture:
Brown meat, drain off excess fat.
Mix cooked meat with first 7 ingredients in bowl.

Cheese mixture:
In second bowl, combine ricotta cheese with eggs,
seasonings and Parmesan cheese.

Cook lasagna noodles according to package.
Shred mozzarella cheese. In baking dish layer noodles,
meat mixture and cheese mixture.
(Repeat layering, ending with noodles on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
