1 3OZ PKG. OF LIME JELL’O
1 C HOT WATER
1/3 C PINEAPPLE JUICE
1 C DRAINED CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
COMBINE HOT WATER, JELL’O & JUICE, DISSOLVE AND CHILL UNTIL SYRUPY. FOLD IN PINEAPPLE, POUR INTO WREATH MOLD AND CHILL TILL FIRM.


CHEESE LAYER
1 ½ TSP. UNFLAVORED GELATIN
2 TBS COLD WATER
8 OZ CREAM CHEESE
1/4 C MILK
DISSOLVE GELATIN IN COLD WATER, HEAT UNTIL CLEAR. BLEND CHEESE, MILK & GELATIN TOGETHER. POUR OVER LIME LAYER, CHILL TILL FIRM.


CRANBERRY LAYER
2 3OZ PKG. STRAWBERRY JELLO
1 C. HOT WATER
1 CAN CRANBERRY SAUCE
DISSOLVE JELL’O, STIR IN CRANBERRY SAUCE, CHILL TILL SYRUPY, POUR OVER CHEESE LAYER. CHILL SALAD UNTIL FIRM. TURN OUT ON PLATE AND SERVE.
