1 c. diced lobster meat
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. cooking sherry
3 egg yolks
1 c. light cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat lobster in butter in top of double boiler. Add sherry and cook 1 minute. Combine egg yolks, cream and Worcestershire sauce. Cook slowly until mixture thickens. Serve over rice or noodles.
