1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter
2 packages (8 ounces each) of cream cheese
1 pound of ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 large beaten eggs
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 pint sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9 inch spring form pan.

Cream together cheeses, add sugar and eggs; beat. Add cornstarch, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla; beat. Add melted butter. Lower speed on mixer and add 1 pint sour cream.

Pour into prepared spring form pan. Bake for one hour. Shut oven off, leaving cake in oven for 2 hours.

Take out and leave on counter until cool. Refrigerate overnight.
