1 c. regular rolled oats, uncooked
1 c. rolled wheat, uncooked
1/4 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. raw bran
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped
Yogurt-Brown Sugar Topping:
2 1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend well. Store leftover yogurt topping in refrigerator.

Combine rolled oats and wheat and spread in a jellyroll pan. Sprinkle sunflower seeds and almonds on top. Bake at 350º for 10 min., stirring occasionally. Add wheat germ and bran, bake an additional 5 min. Remove from oven and cool completely. Combine oat mixture, raisins, and apricots. Store in an airtight container until ready to use. To serve, place 1/2 c. oat mixture in individual bowls, and top with 1/4 c. Yogurt-Brown Sugar Topping.
