Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 lbs. Potatoes + 1 extra (peeled & cut up and boiled 'till tender
as if making regular "old mashed potatoes")
1 stick of butter or margarine
8 oz. Philly Cream Cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of dried chives
Garlic powder to taste
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
I put in big mixer and mash as for regular old "mashed potatoes".
Then add the remaining ingredients, blending well.
Pour into 3 qt. casserole dish, buttered, bake in 350º or 375º
oven - until bubbly and slightly browned.
They can be put together and put into baking dish the night
before you need them. Take them out a few minutes before
putting them in oven, maybe the time it takes the rolls to brown
for dinner, this lets it "set up."
