6 c. Cocoa Puffs
8 oz. pkg. Reeses Pieces
1/2 c. salted peanuts
1/4 c. butter
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
10 1/2 oz pkg. mini marshmallows

Microwave Directions
Grease 13 x 9 pan. In large bowl, combine cereal, reeses pieces and peanuts; blend well. In large bowl, combine margarine & chocolate. Microwave on medium for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Stir in marshmallows; blend well. Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Pour chocolate marshmallow mixture over cereal mix; stir quickly to coat. With wet hands, press into greased pan; cool.
