Peanut Butter (40 oz large jar)
Butter (2 sticks)
Graham cracker crumbs (13.5 oz box)
Confectionate Sugar (32 oz)
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (3 lbs)
shortening (2 tbsp.)


Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanut butter and butter in one mixing bowl. Mix Graham
cracker crumbs and sugar in second bowl. Then combine the
two mixtures. Roll small balls with entire mixture.
Melt chocolate chips and shortening in double boiler.
Dip balls into chocolate and set aside on wax paper to dry.

Double boiler can be made by placing one pot inside larger pot
with boiling water and covering gap with tin foil to prevent steam
