8 seeded, chopped tomatoes
5 chopped fresh basil leaves
2 minced garlic cloves
1 pinch dried oregano
dash of crushed red pepper
dash of salt
dash of ground black pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 loaf Italian/French bread

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler.

In mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, oregano, red pepper, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Coat entire mixture and use more oil, if necessary. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Slice bread and arrange on baking sheet. Brown both sides of the bread slightly in the oven and remove.

Spread tomato mixture on slices!
