* ½ cup sugar
* 1 ½ cups water
* ½ cup orange juice
* 2 cups cranberry juice
* 1 cup pineapple juice
* 2 bottles lemon-lime soda
Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil sugar and water until the sugar dissolves, and allow to cool.

2. Stir cranberry, pineapple, and orange juice, and chill.

3. Prior to serving, add carbonated beverage. Alternately, if serving individual mixed drinks, pour small amount of concentrated mixture into glass and fill with lemon-lime (to taste).

4. Serve in champagne flute or wine glass.

All of these Virgin Cocktails were researched and created for a 1920s cocktail party theme birthday party for my sister-in-law. This one is great tasting, and the bubbles from the lemon lime are what make it "Champagne."
