5 egg yolks
3 T. cocoa
1 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/4 c. flour
5 egg whites


Filling:

1 c. cream whipped

2 T. sugar

8-12 cut up marshmallows (1 c.)



Frosting:

1/2 sq. chocolate

1 c. powdered sugar

cream/milk to desired consistency

1/4 chopped pecans

Directions:
Beat together egg yolks, powdered sugar, flour, cocoa and vanilla to blend well. Beat egg whites in separate bowl until very stiff and fold into chocolate mixture. Place in paper-lined greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 375º for 15 min. just until done. Turn out on powdered sugared towel. Cut off dry edges. Roll and cool in towel. Roll the long way so it is as wide as your pan was long.
When cool spread the whipped cream, marshmallow mixture. Roll up with seam on bottom. Frost top and sprinkle on pecans.

Refrigerate. To serve, cut into slices and drizzle on a little chocolate sauce & a cherry.
