1 cup Crisco
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cream of tartar
2 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
1 pkg (12 oz) chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco and sugars, add eggs, then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Roll dough into ball and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 8 minutes or until top crackles.
