1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. frozen strawberries
1 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Add egg white and sugar to frozen strawberries. Beat with electric mixer for 8 min. Fold in whipped cream. Put in baked pie shell, or a baked meringue pie shell. Top with whipped cream and fresh berries.

This is an unbelievable pie. You get so much volume from so few ingredients. The recipe is from Mary Peterson, the people we bought the home farm from.
