Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box Macaroni and cheese
1 pound ground beef or chuck, browned and the fat drained off --- or darn near any kind of meat, browned
1 small can corn and/or peas
I can Cream of Mushroom soup, preferably the kind with roasted garlic.
1/2 soup can of milk
Some salt and pepper to taste
More cheese is optional but desired.
You can substitute tuna for the meat.

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the macaroni and the cheese sauce leaving out the milk. Add the soup and the milk. Combine the rest of the ingredients into the pot (for best results add the meat last). I like adding some extra cheese, like grated cheddar or Parmesan myself. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well until heated through.

Personal Notes:
When my husband Marty was in college but still had four kids to feed, his "Stuff" was a staple. It provided a ton of the foods you need to eat and it's great on a cold night.

We've made it with ground beef, pork, turkey, chicken, sausage, venison and tuna.

If you have a picky eater (veggie-wise) puree the veggies and add more cheese and mix it really well before heating and serving. It's kind of like a farmer's stew or soup, you just throw whatever you have on hand into the pot!

For a really "elegant" version, buy the boxed Mac and Cheese with the cheese in the pouch or can. Ooooh-la-la!
