1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup cornflakes (plain)
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1 cup pecans
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Powdered Sugar

Beat butter, white sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, oil and beat until well blended. Add oats, cornflakes, coconut, pecans and stir. Add flour, soda, salt, vanilla and mix well. Form into walnut size balls and flatten with fork.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 12 minutes. Let cool for two minutes then sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm.
