1 prepared graham cracker crust
2 c. thinly sliced onions
2 T. butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
pepper
1/4 c. cheddar cheese
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Saute the onions in the butter until translucent and transfer to the pie shell. Beat the eggs with the milk and add a dash of pepper. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the onions.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes, until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
