2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 red chili pepper, seeded, finely chopped
1 lb ground beef
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup canned red kidney beans, rinsed
1 tablespoon fresh or dried oregano
1/2 teaspon cumin
1 cup tomato sauce
1 10 or 12 inch ready made pizza crust
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup grated mozzeralla cheese
1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Directions:
- Preheat oven 375º
- Place 1 tablespoon olive oil in skillet; saute onion, garlic, and red chili pepper over meduim heat until soft
- Increase heat, add ground beef and brown
- Add bell pepper, kidney beans, oregano and cumin
- Spread tomato sauce over the pizza crust
- Spread beef mixture over sauce
- Scatter pepper jack and mozzeralla over beef mixture
- Sprinkle choped cilantro over all
- Bake until crust is cooked and crispy, the filling is hot and the cheeses have melted
