1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 or 2 cloves minced garlic
chicken wings-marinates up to 7#

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse wings and pat dry with a paper towel, arrange them in shallow baking dish. Mix above
ingredients together in a mixing bowl then pour over
wings to marinate overnight. Preheat oven to 350º,
before putting wings in the oven turn each of them to coat with the marinade. Cook for 1 1/2 hours
turning them to brown evenly on each side.

Personal Notes:
To make for easy clean-up, I use disposable foil
baking pans.
Also, when wings are done you may want to pour off some of the excess marinade.
