1 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c crushed pineapple with juice
1/4 c pure maple syrup
1-1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 tbsp Hot Red Pepper Jelly
Directions:
Directions:
Place the above ingredients in a saucepan, and heat over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Meanwhile in a cup mix 2 tbsp cornstarch with 4 tbsp cold water till creamy. Add cornstarch mixture to heated sauce, stir and cook until mixture thickens and clears. Pour on ham while cooking and baste occasionally or serve with ham at dinner.
