Crust:

1 yellow cake mix - reserve 2/3 c.

1/2 c. margarine

1 egg



Filling:

3 eggs
2/3 c. cake mix
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white syrup
1 t. vanilla
Pkg. pecan halves
Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients until crumbly and spread in
9 x 13 pan. Bake 20 min. at 350º.
Mix eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, reserved cake mix and syrup. Pour over crust. Put pecans on top.
Bake 350º for 35-40 minutes.
