1 onion
4 cloves garlic
3 cups canned tomatoes (plain or Italian seasoned)
basil and parsley to taste (fresh or dried)
3, 15 oz, cans white beans OR 6 cups dry white beans
8 oz any pasta

Directions:
Directions:
If using dried beans, pre-cook them. Boil one bag of corkscrew pasta.

Saute onion and garlic in oil (a few tablespoons)
Add tomatoes, basil, parsley and cook 20 minutes
Add beans and 5 cups of water. Cook 45 minutes until thick. Add the beans/broth to the pasta, sprinkle with cheese....mangia!
