1/2 c. butter softened
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 egg
1 T. baking powder
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 t. salt

1/2 c. chopped walnuts


Topping:

1/3 c. brown sugar

2 T. melted butter

1/4 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg. Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture alternately with milk. Beat til blended. Stir in walnuts. Fill lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over. Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes.
