1 pkg. Kraft macaroni and cheese dinner ( with the cheese spread not the powder)
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup salsa
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Prepare mac and cheese dinner as directed. While macaroni is cooking, brown meat. Drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water to meat and simmer 5 mins.
Stir sour cream into prepared mac and cheese dinner. Spoon 1/2 of the mac and cheese mixture onto a8 inch square baking dish. Top with layers of meat mixture, 1 cup of cheese, and remaining mac and cheese mixture. Cover. Bake for 15 mins. and now top with salsa and remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake uncovered, and additional 5 mins. or until cheese is melted.

You can also top with crushed tortilla chips also with the salsa and cheese.
