* 1 pound hamburger meat
* 1 small can tomato sauce
* 1 package taco mix
* tortilla chips
* onions and/or garlic (optional)
* Rotel (if more hamburger used)
* Cheese (grated)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown meat. (I use larger quantity of meat for more than 4 people.)
2. Cook onions and/or garlic in meat while it is browning, if desired.
3. Add taco mix and tomato sauce and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes. Add Rotel at this time also, if more meat is used.
4. Loosely crumble chips into meat mixture. (not too small)
5. Pour into casserole dish.
6. Spread cheese over top. (We like a lot of cheese!)
7. Bake in oven at about 350º for about 15 to 20 minutes.
