Ingredients:  
* 1 ½ lb. ground beef (or ground turkey)
* ¼ c. chopped onion
* 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
* 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
* 2 c. shredded mozzarella or Montery Jack cheese
* ½ c. sour cream
* 8-oz. can refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
* 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
* 2 Tbs melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown meat and onion.
2. Stir in sauce mix and tomato sauce.
3. Heat til hot and bubbly.
4. Pour meat mixture into ungreased 13x9 baking dish.
5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over meat and spread sour cream over cheese.
6. Separate crescent dough into rectangles and place over cheese mixture.
7. Melt butter and brush or spread with spoon over dough.
8. Sprinkle parmesan cheese all over.
9. Bake at 375º 18-25 minutes or until golden brown.
