1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup white corn meal
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup corn oil
1 cup sour cream
1 cup 2% milk
1 egg, lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a mixing bowl, stir together the 1st 5 dry ingredients. Add egg, sour cream, milk, and oil. Stir together well. Pour into a 9 x 9 greased metal pan. Bake about 35 minutes. Serve immediately with butter and apple butter or honey.
