Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Filling:
5 8 oz. blocks cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream

Cherry pie filling (optional for topping)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 3 crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9" springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Mix filling ingredients together in a bowl with an electric mixer. Mix for 3-4 minutes until well-blended. Pour mixture into baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes. Refrigerate for 4 hours before cutting and serving. Can be served with cherry pie filling on top.
