"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
* 1 pkg Oreos©
* 1 pkg cream cheese
* Chocolate bark
* White Chocolate bark
* Toothpicks
* Wax paper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put pkg of Oreos© into food processor until very fine granules.
2. Hand mix with softened cream cheese.
3. Place wax paper over cookie sheet.
4. Make balls (about a quarter coin/1 inch in size) and place on cookie sheet.
5. Stick toothpicks in balls. Place in freezer of refrigerator until balls are easier to work with (at least 1 hour).
6. Melt chocolates in separate pots, being careful not to burn.
7. Dip balls in one of the chocolates, and have a spoon handy to help fish out the balls if they fall off the toothpick.
8. Place back on wax paper. (Take toothpicks off after they have been dipped.)
9. Use a spoon and drizzle a little of the other chocolate over the tops. You could dip half in chocolate and the other half in the white chocolate and drizzle with the opposite chocolate. You might even try the flavored Oreos© and use a little food coloring in the white chocolate to ‘match’ the flavor.

These started with my sister in law, Audrey. I tried them at her wedding shower, and then and there requested them for my baby shower (and I wasn't even pregnant yet!). They are THAT good!!
