6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tablespoon bacon grease
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the bacon. Drain, saving 1 tablespoon of bacon grease. Crumble the bacon. In a small saucepan, mix the vinegar, sugar, olive oil, dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon bacon grease, and pepper. Heat together over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in bacon pieces. Serve warm over any green salad mixture. Excellent on spinach salad, with mandarin orange slices and diced chicken pieces.
