3 bell peppers (green, red or yellow)
1 lb ground beef
1 jar (14 oz) spaghetti sauce
1 1/3 cups French’s ® Fried Onions, divided
2 tbsp Frank’s ® RedHot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
½ cup instant rice (uncooked)
¼ cup sliced olives
1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º. Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise through stems; discard seeds. Place pepper halves, cut side up, in 2-quart shallow baking dish; set aside.

Place beef in a large microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until meat is browned, stirring once; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, Franks RedHot Sauce, rice and olives. Spoon evenly into bell pepper halves.

Cover; bake 35 minutes or until bell peppers are tender. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese and remaining 2/3 cup onions. Bake 1 minute or until onions are golden.
