1 box corn muffin mix (8.5oz.)2 egg whites or egg substitue equivalent to 1 egg1/3 c. non-fat milk2 c. coarsley chopped chicken without skin (8 oz)4 green onions, sliced1/4 tsp. dried sageVegtable oil spray (optional)

Directions:
Prepare corn muffin mix according to package but use egg substitue or egg whites and non fat milk. Fold chicken, green onions and sage into batter.Spray 6 muffin cups with vegtable spray or line with bake cups.  Spoon batter into cups.  Bake for 20 min. at 400º
