1 T. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
6 pineapple slices, drained
6 maraschino cherries
1 (14 oz.) pkg. ginger bread mix
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 egg slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
in 2 qt. (10-inch) glass ring mold, place butter. Microwave high for 1-2 minutes, or until melted. Sprinkle sugar over butter. Arrange pineapple and cherries. In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Use electric mixer, mix for 1 minute or 75 strokes if mixing by hand. Microwave high 10-12 minutes. Let stand for five minutes. Invert on plate.
