2 cups whole cranberries. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 cup white sugar. 1 egg. 1/2 cup flour. 1/3 cup melted butter or margarine.

Directions:
Mix together the cranberries, brown sugar and 1/2 cup of white sugar ( you need the rest of the white sugar later) . Pour into 9 Inch pie plate. Next, beat together egg, flour, melted butter and the other 1/2 cup white sugar. Pour over cranberry mixture and bake at 325º for 45 minutes.
Variations-- You may use a pie crust in the bottom if you choose but it isn't needed. And if you enjoy nuts add 1/4 cup chopped walnuts to the cranberry mixture
