1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 onion chopped
16 oz jar or can of spaghetti sauce
4 oz low fat cream cheese softened
4 oz low fat sour cream
12 oz lasagna noodles
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded chedder cheese

In a skillet brown meat and onion. Drain excess grease. Set aside. In a large bowl mix spaghetti sauce, cream cheese and sour cream. Blend well. Stir in the meat mixture. In another bowl combine the moz and cheddar cheese.
Grease the inside of a slow cooker (crockpot). Break the lasagna noodles into 1/2s or 1/3s whichever fits your crockpot better. Layer in the following order: Noodles--meat mixture--cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese on the top. Cook on high for 1 hour and turn down to low and cook 3-4 more hours. Watch carefully so it doesn't burn as everyones crockpots cook differently.
