1 lb. prosciutto ham (thinly sliced)
8 oz. cream cheese (whipped)
½ c. Reggiano Parmesan
1 whole clove garlic
cheese (grated)
fresh oregano
fresh Italian parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Filling: In a food processor finely chop the herbs and garlic. Then mix in the cheeses to a smooth consistency. Add salt and pepper.

To assemble: Lay a slice of prosciutto flat then place one teaspoon of the filling in one corner. Fold the end of the ham over it and roll into a cone shape and place artfully on a serving tray. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
