1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp.baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. mashed bananas (3 medium)

Directions:
Directions:
In one small bowl stir in flour, baking powder, salt, soda. In seperate larger bowl beat sugar and shortening until light and fluffy. Add eggs and milk one at a time. Beat well. Add flour mixture and bananas alternately to creamed mixture. Beating smoothly after each additon. Bake at 350º for 60- 65 minutes.
