1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
2 Lg. Carrots, grated
2 Cups Cabbage, shredded
1 Sm. Onion, chopped
2 Eggs
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1 Tsp. Sesame Oil
2 (1lb.) Pkgs. Egg Roll Wrappers, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a food processor and chop until finely ground. Add seasonings and mix to disperse evenly. Put meat mixture into pastry bag with #12 (large round) tip. Pipe a line of filling along long edge of each egg roll wrapper. Moisten opposite edge with water. Roll and seal. Separate lumpia in layers with plastic wrap. May be frozen at this point. Deep fry in hot oil until light brown and serve with sweet and sour sauce.
